Scouting is a way of life. The activities of Troop 821 are all directed toward developing the spirit of the Scout Law, the Scout Oath, the Scout Slogan, and the Scout Motto in each participant.

Through Scouting, boys become disciplined, ambitious, resourceful, self-reliant young men with pride in themselves, their families, community, and country.
